Mentoring & NRCPD Supervision
Distance is not an issue when signing up for mentoring or NRCPD Supervision, we prefer to use online video conferencing to conduct sessions as this means that you can take part in sessions from the comfort of your own home (or office) and saves on traveling time and expenses. Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping people to progress in their careers and is becoming increasingly popular as its potential is realised.
Mentoring sessions can be tailored to meet your needs and will focus on areas of development, helping you challenge your own practice and become a more reflective practitioner.
Mentoring allows a space to work through dilemmas and issues faced by practitioners working daily in the field of interpreting in a non judgmental, confidential and fully supportive environment.
